Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of management experience in restaurant, deli, or foodservice
- Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
- Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
- Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills

Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day deli operations at high-volume retail locations
- Ensure customer expectations are consistently met and satisfaction is maintained
- Conduct regular meetings with subordinate employees to communicate goals and performance standards
- Maintain and nurture effective vendor relationships
- Build, coach, manage, and develop deli teams including staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training
- Drive sales initiatives to meet business objectives
- Track inventory levels and perform profit and loss analysis
