Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of management experience in restaurant, deli, or foodservice
  • Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
  • Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
  • Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day deli operations at high-volume retail locations
  • Ensure customer expectations are consistently met and satisfaction is maintained
  • Conduct regular meetings with subordinate employees to communicate goals and performance standards
  • Maintain and nurture effective vendor relationships
  • Build, coach, manage, and develop deli teams including staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training
  • Drive sales initiatives to meet business objectives
  • Track inventory levels and perform profit and loss analysis
