- At least 18 years of age
- ability to operate manual and power slicers safely
- strong customer service skills
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- capability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- Work experience in a deli department preferred
- prior experience operating manual or power slicers and scales preferred
- knowledge of deli products preferred
- at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Slice deli products including meats and cheeses
- package and weigh deli items accurately
- assist members by answering questions and taking special orders
- inspect and receive deli shipments
- stock, rotate, and display deli products according to food safety standards
- clean and sanitize deli equipment and food surfaces
- ensure deli area meets GOLD club standards for cleanliness and organization
- maintain working condition of scale systems
- comply with company policies
- work in other departments as assigned
