Job Requirements

  • Valid ServSafe Food Safety Certification
  • 2+ years of experience in deli operations or related food handling
  • Ability to stand and move frequently on hard surfaces
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly, occasional heavier lifting with assistance
  • Exposure to temperature variations in ovens, freezers, and refrigerated cases
  • Willingness to handle cleaning agents and deli-related allergens
  • Must maintain all training and mandatory certifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in deli operations, food handling, or grocery retail
  • Strong knowledge of deli preparation processes, food safety guidelines, and sanitation requirements
  • Ability to analyze data and identify process improvements
