Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Willingness to learn and work across various store departments
Strong communication skills
Ability to lift and handle products safely
Flexibility to work various schedules
Capability to stand for long periods

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
Strong listening and communication skills face-to-face and virtually
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to stay calm while working in a fast-paced environment
Process-driven with ability to follow procedures efficiently
Eagerness to learn job-specific technology and skills
Physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, and stand for long periods

Job Duties

Build rapport with customers
Display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language
Respond to customer questions in an effective manner
Stock product and maintain product displays according to merchandising standards
Utilize technology to complete activities and tasks
Follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service and products for our customers
Work across multiple departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, and Grocery
