Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand and move frequently on hard surfaces
- Capability to lift objects up to 30 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift and move heavier objects with assistance
- Ability to work in varying temperature environments including freezers and ovens
- Commitment to club policies and procedures
- Strong customer service skills
- Regular and predictable attendance
Job Qualifications
- Work experience in a deli department preferred
- Prior experience operating manual or power slicers and scales preferred
- Knowledge of deli products preferred
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Provide high level of customer service to members
- Answer questions and recommend deli items
- Slice, package, and weigh deli products including cheeses and meats
- Take special orders and prepare party trays
- Receive and inspect deli shipments
- Display, stock, rotate, and store deli products following safety policies
- Ensure product freshness and quality standards
- Clean and sanitize deli equipment and surfaces
- Operate deli equipment in accordance with safety procedures
- Maintain scale systems ensuring accurate pricing and weighing
- Follow club policies and procedures
- Work in other departments as assigned
- Maintain regular, predictable attendance
