Job Requirements

  • must be over age 18
  • availability to be scheduled for 39 hours per week
  • flexible to schedule throughout the week
  • available all 2-out-of-3 weekend days (fridays, saturdays, sundays) are a must
  • comfortable speaking to customers in an energetic and helpful manner
  • interest in preparing, handling, and cooking food
  • interest in product knowledge
  • ability to work independently
  • must ensure quality and safety of food
  • previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred
  • understand that you have the power to impact customers and coworkers positively day in and day out

Job Duties

  • maintain the hot foods case, pasta bar, burrito bar, wing bar, and rotisserie chickens
  • follow preparation, handling, sanitation, freshness, and quality procedures
  • manage time effectively during lunch and dinner rushes
  • communicate with team to keep deli stations stocked
  • adhere to strict health and safety guidelines
  • build positive relationships with coworkers and customers through transparent and respectful communication
  • ensure service of highest quality and freshest ready-to-serve foods
