The role of Deli Bakery Associate at MDBS is a part-time position offering 15-20 hours per week primarily on mid to closing shifts. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining high standards of food preparation, sanitation, customer service, and teamwork within the deli and bakery departments. As a Deli Bakery Associate, you will be responsible for tasks such as slicing deli meats and cheeses according to customer requests, preparing custom party trays and sandwiches, managing stock and displays, and assisting with shipments. You will also help maintain cleanliness and proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality. The role demands a friendly and enthusiastic approach to working with customers and team members in a fast-paced environment.
