Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age
Experience in retail baking
Knowledge of frozen dough
Willing to cross-train in deli tasks as needed
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
Ability to stand and walk short distances for an entire shift
Tolerates working in freezers for up to 20 minutes at a time

Job Qualifications

Knowledge of basic math and the ability to follow written guidelines

Job Duties

Demonstrate the ability to utilize commercial ovens
Prepare, process, package, and label bakery products
Inspect bakery products for quality and freshness, rotate products on display and remove products with expired shelf life
Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer service, teamwork with positive communication, and assist other team members as needed
Ensure proper sanitation of the department, equipment, and proper food handling/preparation
Demonstrate the ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
