This position involves preparing, packaging, and selling baked goods and food items in accordance with company standards, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Team members in this role will be responsible for organizing and stocking work areas to maintain efficiency and food safety. The job entails following established process cards for food preparation and adhering strictly to food safety and handling practices. These responsibilities are critical in providing guests with fresh, safe food options that meet Pilot Company’s high standards.

This hourly role offers competitive pay starting between $11.38 and $14.88 per hour, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a team environment focused on outstanding guest service.
