Job Duties

  • Stock stations with ingredients and refill as needed
  • Portion out sides into containers
  • Prepare and package salads and sandwiches according to set recipes
  • Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude
  • Assist walk-in customers with information and suggestions about menu items and catering offerings
  • Operate the cash register and POS system to process transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
  • Wipe down tables, refill ice and syrup in soda dispensers, and maintain general cleanliness of the front of the store
  • Prep paper goods such as catering boxes, sandwich paper, and stickers during down times
  • Pull orders together ensuring food quality and correct condiments
  • Participate in opening and closing procedures including dishwashing, mopping, trash removal, and restocking supplies
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and step into other roles as needed
