Job Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship
  • authorization to work in the U.S. is not sufficient
  • pass company and government background investigation including criminal history and credit record review
  • adhere to government and company information security policies regarding handling of PII and vital trust data
  • complete all required information security and privacy training
  • safeguard sensitive information in compliance with regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Five or more years experience working as a travel consultant or in customer service
  • advanced knowledge of GDS systems such as Sabre or Amadeus
  • genuine passion for high-quality customer service
  • good verbal and written communication skills
  • strong teamwork skills
  • positive, can-do attitude
  • willingness to learn and grow
  • military experience or certifications accepted as substitute for some requirements

Job Duties

  • Create and complete travel arrangements including air, hotel, car, and rail
  • ensure reservations comply with client standards and preferences
  • act as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful travel recommendations
  • handle a wide range of booking complexities including non-standard and multi-destination itineraries
  • make changes or solve issues during or before travel
  • perform both routine and non-routine assignments
  • participate in comprehensive training and stay updated via social intranet resources
