Adequate personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hats, hearing and eye protection, and steel-toed safety shoes, are mandatory to ensure safety at all times.

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and possess the physical ability to perform continuous and repetitive movements such as grasping, pinching, flexing, and extending arms. The job also involves climbing ladders, bending, stooping, twisting, and walking long distances. Some roles may require certification for operating specific equipment, and lifting heavy objects (up to 60 lbs) or using mechanical assistance may be required.
