Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior cooking experience
  • prior leadership experience
  • ability to work early morning shifts and rotating weekends
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • food handler certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Cook and prepare food following approved recipes and production standards
  • supervise hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and performance reviews
  • store food according to food safety and sanitation procedures
  • ensure proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures
  • maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils and keep workstations and display equipment clean
  • interact with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
  • monitor inventory and deliveries and communicate supply needs to supervisors
  • perform other duties as assigned
