Drivers will also be expected to maintain the security of the cargo throughout the route and handle the equipment necessary to safely complete deliveries.

Compensation for this position is highly competitive, offering an annual salary range of $90,000 to $100,000, which reflects the high demand and specialized nature of the job. Drivers earn between $0.58 and $0.60 per mile driven, alongside a ranger fee of $75 per load and an additional securement fee of $12 for each ATV. Miles driven in this role are substantial, with top drivers averaging up to 2,770 miles per week and the fleet average hovering around 2,665 miles weekly.

Work schedules consist of 14 to 21 consecutive workdays followed by 3 to 4 days off, allowing for a balance between intensive work periods and well-deserved time off. Drivers are permitted to take their trucks home, adding convenience and flexibility to the role.
