Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age
Authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain it
Successful completion of pre-employment drug test and background check
Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
Strong customer service skills
Ability to handle stressful situations
Experience in supervision 0-3 years minimum
Ability to operate bakery equipment such as slicers, ovens, scales, knives, box cutters, and pricing guns
Ability to travel at least 80% of the time
Compliance with all Fresco y Mas policies and procedures
Food safety certification or ability to obtain within 180 days
