The position we are hiring for involves several key responsibilities: you will work normal business hours, primarily in the morning to late afternoon shifts with limited evening demands and closed Sundays. Shift times run from Monday to Saturday, 7:00 am to 1:00 pm or 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm. You will greet customers with an emphasis on world-class hospitality and focus on safely moving vehicles throughout the dealership without feeling rushed. Organizing vehicle inventory and assisting with additional dealership tasks, such as vehicle washing, parts delivery, and quality control, may be part of your role, especially if you prefer tasks with less customer interaction. You will also help maintain vehicles in pristine condition by thoroughly cleaning both new and used vehicles, which includes detailed tasks like cleaning wheels, pressure washing exteriors, hand drying, and vacuuming interiors. For some of our locations, properly trained team members may have the responsibility of driving vehicles and customers safely off-site around the city.
