The Management Training Program at Citrin is designed to prepare motivated leaders for a successful career not only within the company but applicable across various industries. The program, which takes approximately 60 to 90 days to complete depending on prior experience, offers comprehensive training and mentoring to help participants develop critical skills in leadership, customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. This full-time position offers a competitive first-year total compensation package ranging from $45,000 to $50,000 annually. Additionally, trainees receive weekly pay, performance bonuses, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, among others.
During the program, trainees gain hands-on experience by working alongside existing teams at current locations and potentially traveling to new client sites throughout the country. This immersive approach ensures trainees become the face of Citrin to clients and their customers, exemplifying the company’s high standards of service. The training also includes learning operational functions behind the scenes to better understand and contribute to the organization’s growth strategy. Upon completion, trainees are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage their own markets, overseeing between one and three dealerships with teams ranging from 15 to over 50 employees. This structured path fosters leadership development and promotes internal succession, aligning with Citrin’s goal of cultivating leaders from within.

Job Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year of people and operations management experience in a customer focused environment
- must have a valid driver's license for at least one year with no significant infractions
- must be available to work an average of 45 to 50 hours per week
- no drug or alcohol related conviction on record in the past 5 years
- must be at least 18 years old
- must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship
- relocation is not required but may help increase growth velocity
- only experienced managers will be considered
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience
- at least 1 year of people and operations management experience in a customer-focused environment
- sales, leadership, and hospitality experience including hotel, retail, commission sales, restaurant, athletic/team leadership, military, community, social, or academic roles
- valid driver's license for at least one year with no significant infractions
- authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
Job Duties
