Job Requirements
- Must have at least 18 years of age
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions in the past 5 years
- Must be available to work an average of 45 to 50 hours per week
- Relocation not required but may accelerate growth
- Completion of background and motor vehicle record checks after conditional offer
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with the right experience
- At least 1 year of people and operations management experience in a customer-focused environment
- Sales, leadership, and hospitality experience in industries such as hotels, retail, commission sales, restaurants, athletics, military, or community organizations
- Valid driver's license for at least one year with no significant infractions
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
Job Duties
- Oversight of daily valet operations for assigned location(s)
- Become a leader with entrepreneur mentality and professional communication
- Motivate and empower a team to provide world-class hospitality
- Effectively manage people and hold them accountable to expectations
- Create and manage the schedule, daily reports, and budget allocation
