Job Description
Citrin is a growing purpose-driven organization that provides premium hospitality, driving, and related people-services to car dealerships across the United States. As a company dedicated to excellence, servant leadership, ownership, heart, and growth, Citrin is committed to creating transformative job experiences for its team members while delivering extraordinary service to its partners. Established with a clear 10-year vision, the company aims to build a thriving community of thousands of team members who excel personally, professionally, and financially. This vision reflects Citrin's commitment to not only business growth but also the holistic development of its employees.
The Management Training Program at Citrin is a comprehensive initiative designed to equip emerging leaders with the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to build their ideal careers in a variety of industries. Spanning 60 to 90 days depending on prior experience, this program combines structured learning, hands-on operational work, and leadership development to foster entrepreneurial mentalities and professional communication skills. Trainees receive robust support and mentoring from seasoned professionals, allowing them to gain a deep understanding of customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and day-to-day operations within Citrin’s dynamic environment.
Participants in the program will have the opportunity to work alongside dedicated teams at existing locations, occasionally traveling to new client sites across the country. As the face of Citrin to clients and their customers, trainees develop leadership talents by motivating and empowering teams to provide world-class hospitality. The program is designed to help trainees master the operational and strategic aspects of managing valet services at car dealerships by overseeing schedules, daily reports, budget allocations, and staff accountability.
Successfully completing this training sets the stage for the graduate to lead their own market, typically comprising one to three dealerships and managing a team of 15 to 50 plus employees. The role goes beyond traditional management by fostering a culture of friendly competition, innovation, and people-first values. Citrin cultivates an inclusive and dynamic workplace where growth opportunities are plentiful and employee successes are recognized through competitive compensation packages, including weekly pay, performance bonuses, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits, and paid time off.
Citrin prioritizes safety and operational excellence by implementing advanced tools such as dashcams to protect drivers and enhance driving behaviors. Employees are required to use these dashcams while operating vehicles, underscoring the company’s commitment to team member welfare.
As a Management Trainee at Citrin, individuals will receive extensive training aimed at developing leadership skills, operational expertise, and customer-centric attitudes that align with the company’s mission to deliver outstanding service to every car dealership client. This role demands dedication, a passion for people management, and the willingness to work an average of 45 to 50 hours per week. Candidates will engage in a unique career path focused on continuous learning and advancement within a culture that values open communication and personal growth.
In summary, Citrin offers a highly supportive, growth-oriented program for ambitious individuals ready to make a difference in the hospitality and services industry within automotive dealership contexts. With a clear progression track, extensive benefits, and a people-first culture, the Management Training Program at Citrin represents an ideal opportunity for those seeking a challenging and rewarding career path with significant upside potential.
