The Management Training Program at Citrin is a comprehensive initiative designed to equip emerging leaders with the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to build their ideal careers in a variety of industries. Spanning 60 to 90 days depending on prior experience, this program combines structured learning, hands-on operational work, and leadership development to foster entrepreneurial mentalities and professional communication skills. Participants in the program will have the opportunity to work alongside dedicated teams at existing locations, occasionally traveling to new client sites across the country. As the face of Citrin to clients and their customers, trainees develop leadership talents by motivating and empowering teams to provide world-class hospitality. The program is designed to help trainees master the operational and strategic aspects of managing valet services at car dealerships by overseeing schedules, daily reports, budget allocations, and staff accountability.

Successfully completing this training sets the stage for the graduate to lead their own market, typically comprising one to three dealerships and managing a team of 15 to 50 plus employees. Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of people and operations management experience in a customer focused environment
  • Valid driver’s license for at least one year with no significant infractions
  • Availability to work an average of 45 to 50 hours per week
  • No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Relocation is optional but may accelerate growth
  • A bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory

Job Qualifications
