Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- At least 1 year of people and operations management experience in a customer-focused environment
- Must have a valid driver's license with no significant infractions for at least one year
- Must be able to work 45 to 50 hours per week
- Must be comfortable working long shifts on feet
- No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requirement for sponsorship
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Minimum 1 year of people and operations management experience in a customer-focused environment
- Experience in sales, leadership, or hospitality including hotel, retail, commission sales, or restaurant service
- Demonstrated leadership experience in athletic, military, community, social, or academic organizations
- Valid driver's license with no significant infractions for at least one year
- Ability to work 45 to 50 hours per week
- Comfortable working long shifts on your feet
- No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Job Duties
- Develop and maintain long term relationships with clients of the assigned location
- Communicate client needs in a timely manner
- Consistently monitor team members performance of assigned location
- Coordinate with team members ensuring consistent service in a fast-paced environment
- Train and develop team members on parking safety and valet procedures
- Ensure that all safety procedures are followed
- Manage team schedules of assigned location
- Handle administrative tasks such as cash revenue and daily reporting of assigned locations
