Job Description

Citrin is a growing, purpose-driven organization that specializes in providing premium hospitality, driving, and related people-services to car dealerships nationwide. As a company built on core values such as integrity, hospitality, heart, growth, and balance, Citrin is committed to creating transformative job experiences for team members while delivering extraordinary service to its partners. The organization is dedicated to fostering a supportive and dynamic workplace culture focused on personal and professional growth, which is reflected in their 10-year vision of building a community of thousands of thriving team members, excelling personally, professionally, and financially.

The Management Training Program at Citrin is designed to prepare ambitious individuals for leadership roles across various industries by developing their skills in management, customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations. Training typically lasts between 60 and 90 days, depending on the individual’s current experience, and is supported by comprehensive benefits including weekly pay and performance bonuses. This program emphasizes putting people first, cultivating a culture of friendly competition, and supporting career advancement within the company.

Participants in the program receive robust mentoring and hands-on experience in multiple aspects of the business, starting with working alongside current teams at existing locations and possibly traveling to new site launches across the United States. Trainees represent Citrin as the face of the organization to clients and customers, developing leadership skills by motivating and managing teams to consistently deliver world-class hospitality. The program also covers operational functions behind the scenes, preparing trainees to eventually oversee multiple dealership locations and coordinate a team of 15 to over 50 employees.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, timely communication of client needs, monitoring employee performance, coordinating team efforts in a fast-paced environment, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Additionally, trainees manage schedules, handle administrative tasks such as cash revenue and daily reporting, and contribute to the overall growth and success of their assigned locations.

Ideal candidates for the program possess at least one year of people and operations management experience in customer-focused environments like hotels, retail, sales, or dining services. While a bachelor’s degree is preferred, relevant experience can substitute formal education. Important qualifications include valid driver’s license without significant infractions, ability to commit to 45-50 hour workweeks, physical stamina for long shifts on foot, and a clean record free of recent drug or alcohol convictions. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

At Citrin, employees enjoy an engaging and supportive work environment with unlimited national growth potential. The company culture emphasizes open communication, personal development, and mentorship. Comprehensive compensation includes weekly pay, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, along with management bonus incentives. Flexible scheduling, motivated co-workers, and the excitement of working with high-end automotive clientele and luxury vehicles add to the appeal of this opportunity.

Citrin prioritizes the safety of team members through initiatives like dashcams installed to protect drivers and promote safe driving behaviors. Interested candidates must pass background checks, motor vehicle record evaluations, and drug screenings post conditional offer. The first-year total compensation ranges from $45,000 to $50,000 annually, offering a competitive start for those looking to advance their careers in hospitality management and related sectors.
