Job Duties
- Lead & manage the Service Drive Team - onboard, train, and oversee daily operations
- Ensure operational excellence - maintain standard operating procedures and company policies
- Drive safety & compliance - conduct daily safety reviews and staff training
- Build strong client relationships - establish regular meetings with dealership management
- Oversee payroll & scheduling - manage time tracking, attendance, and budgeting
- Develop future leaders - mentor employees and identify management potential
