Job Description
Citrin is a growing, purpose-driven organization dedicated to providing premium hospitality, driving, and related people-services to car dealerships across the country. This company stands out in the automotive and service industry by focusing not only on the delivery of exceptional client service but also on creating transformative job experiences for its team members. Citrin operates with core values of servant leadership, ownership, heart, excellence, and growth, which guide every aspect of its business and company culture. At the heart of Citrin's mission is the commitment to serve as a catalyst for positive change, enriching the personal, professional, and financial lives of thousands of its team members over the next decade.
As a company, Citrin is focused on fostering a community that thrives on leadership and innovation in hospitality services tailored specifically for car dealerships. With a clear 10-year vision aimed at building a strong team-oriented environment, the organization supports its employees not only through competitive compensation and benefits but also by promoting career advancement from within. Most of the company’s managers, directors, and even its CFO have grown from entry-level positions, which illustrates its dedication to internal development.
This role offers flexible part-time and full-time schedules that enable employees to maintain balance by accommodating their personal goals and commitments. Compensation starts competitively at $14 per hour with weekly pay schedules to ensure timely earnings. Paid vacation days are provided immediately, and after one year of service, employees may access 401k retirement options. Full-time team members are formally offered medical, dental, vision, life insurance, critical illness coverages, and pet insurance benefits. High performers have abundant opportunities for advancement and performance-based rewards including referral bonuses. This environment is ideal for those passionate about developing networking skills and delivering client-focused hospitality within a fast-paced, engaging workplace.
The Driving and Hospitality Specialist role at Citrin is designed for individuals who enjoy being actively involved in a dynamic dealership environment. The position entails normal business hours primarily in the morning to late afternoon, with shift options from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm or 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday through Saturday. Sundays are typically off, and evening demand is limited, providing a predictable schedule conducive to work-life balance.
Team members will greet customers with world-class hospitality, driving vehicles safely throughout dealership premises without feeling rushed, and organizing vehicle inventory. Some locations will have responsibilities such as washing vehicles, delivering parts, and performing quality control checks. For those who prefer less direct customer contact, these roles provide valuable hands-on experience in different dealership operations. Team members will also assist with various dealership tasks and maintain pride in delivering each vehicle to Citrin standards, focusing on cleanliness and presentation. Opportunities exist at qualified locations for team members to drive vehicles and customers off-site within the city.
Success at Citrin requires a commitment to embodying company core values, openness to feedback, adaptability to diverse situations, and a passion for exceptional service. Team players who proactively solve problems and maintain safety in a fast-paced environment will thrive. This role offers not just a job but a chance to develop professionally while contributing to an extraordinary client service experience in the automotive hospitality sector.
