In this pivotal role, you will oversee the day-to-day workflow within detailing and recon operations, ensuring every task is prioritized to meet service deadlines and client satisfaction goals. You will enforce safety protocols, company policies, and compliance standards rigorously, maintaining high-quality standards through regular inspections and dedicated coaching. Acting as a key liaison between internal teams and dealership clients, you will ensure professional communication and service excellence, managing scheduling platforms and reporting tools efficiently to streamline workflows.

Facility management and financial oversight are also integral responsibilities. You will maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped facility, manage inventory, and control ordering of chemicals and supplies. Close monitoring of revenue, expenses, and overall profitability in alignment with company goals will be expected. Active participation in meetings, training, and company-wide communications completes this role's scope, ensuring you remain aligned with DealerFLEX’s strategic objectives.
