Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
At least 1 year of people and operations management experience in a customer focused environment
Experience in sales, leadership, or hospitality including hotels, retail, commission sales, restaurants, sports, military, or community leadership
Valid driver's license for at least one year without significant infractions
Ability to work 45 to 50 hours per week
Ability to work long shifts on feet
No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years
Must be at least 18 years old
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Develop and maintain long term relationships with clients of the assigned location
Communicate client needs in a timely manner
Consistently monitor team members performance of assigned location
Coordinate with team members ensuring consistent service in a fast-paced environment
Train and develop team members on parking safety and valet procedures
Ensure that all safety procedures are being followed
Manage team schedules of assigned location
Handle administrative tasks such as cash revenue and daily reporting of assigned locations
