As a Dealership Customer Vehicle Pick-up and Delivery Driver at DealerFLEX, you will serve as a critical link in the dealership’s customer service and vehicle management operations. Your responsibilities will include safely picking up and delivering vehicles, coordinating closely with the Service Manager and Service Director to ensure timely transport arrangements, and meticulously verifying all related paperwork such as invoices and payment records for each transaction. Maintaining a detailed log of deliveries and securing recipient signatures are vital components of your daily tasks to uphold accountability and precision.

This role goes beyond driving; it embodies providing an excellent customer experience by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Your commitment to following strict safe driving protocols is essential to prevent incidents and protect the dealership’s assets. Additionally, you will assist the service department by managing customer vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups, further enhancing the service department’s operational fluidity.

The ideal candidate will be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and at least five years of driving experience, coupled with a clean motor vehicle record that meets insurance requirements. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a reliable, punctual work ethic are essential for success. You must be capable of managing physical demands such as prolonged walking, standing, and driving, handling driving shifts varying from four to eight hours, and occasionally lifting or maneuvering up to 25 pounds safely.

Job Duties

  • Safely pick up and deliver vehicles to customers, dealerships, and vendors
  • communicate with the Service Manager and Service Director to coordinate vehicle transport
  • verify all paperwork, including invoices and payments, for accuracy during each transaction
