This role is for a Dealership Courtesy Driver at a leading automotive dealership in Marlton, NJ. The position involves the safe and timely transportation of vehicles between the dealership, customers, and other designated locations. As a Dealership Courtesy Driver, you will be entrusted with representing both DealerFLEX and the partnering dealership in a professional manner by maintaining a polished appearance and providing excellent customer service at all times. The position requires individuals who have a passion for driving, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding rigorous safety standards. You will play a crucial role in supporting the dealership's service department by managing vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups, coordinating effectively with service managers and directors to ensure seamless operations. In addition to driving responsibilities, you will be responsible for checking and verifying paperwork such as invoices and payments for accuracy, maintaining detailed logs of deliveries, and securing recipient signatures to ensure accountability and transparency.

The Dealership Courtesy Driver role demands excellent time management skills to meet scheduled deliveries promptly, and strong communication abilities to coordinate with various dealership personnel and customers. A valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record and at least five years of driving experience is essential to ensure safety and reliability on the road. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Safely pick up and deliver vehicles to customers, dealerships, and vendors

  • Verify all paperwork, including invoices and payments, for accuracy during each transaction
  • Keep a detailed log of all deliveries and obtain recipient signatures
  • Assist the service department by managing customer vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups
  • Ensure all driving is conducted in accordance with safety protocols and immediately report any incidents or damage claims
  • Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
