Job Description
The hiring establishment is a dynamic organization specializing in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at enhancing dealer engagement and expanding market presence. Known for its commitment to innovation and excellence, the company operates within a competitive marketplace that demands both creativity and strategic precision. This company is recognized for its dedication to supporting dealer networks and ensuring that marketing initiatives translate into tangible business growth and brand recognition. As a professional entity focused on dealer marketing programs, it is devoted to fostering strong relationships between the brand and its dealers through multiple channels including national and regional events as well as digital marketing platforms.
The Dealer Marketing Manager role is a pivotal position within this organization, designed for an individual with a strong background in marketing, event management, and dealer relations. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing a variety of trade shows—both national and regional—as well as virtual events and other marketing initiatives that collectively contribute to a high-impact brand presence. By managing all aspects of event strategy and logistics, this position ensures that each event not only aligns with the company’s objectives but also maximizes dealer engagement and supports the adoption of the Dealer Marketing Program (DMP).
In addition to event oversight, the Dealer Marketing Manager collaborates closely with Sales and Marketing teams to drive dealer participation, improve utilization of marketing resources, and promote dealer network expansion. This multifaceted role requires a candidate who is both detail-oriented and highly versatile, capable of managing budgets, coordinating logistics, and analyzing event performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in marketing or event planning—preferably within the technology industry—and possess strong organizational, communication, and project management skills. Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, CRM systems, and webinar platforms such as Zoom is also highly valued.
This position is ideal for a self-motivated, goal-oriented professional who thrives in both independent and collaborative work environments and is willing to travel and work flexible hours to meet the demands of events and dealer support activities. The role emphasizes confidentiality, strong negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, all crucial elements for successfully enhancing dealer engagement and the company’s overall market presence. By joining this organization, professionals have the opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking team dedicated to growth, innovation, and excellence in dealer marketing.
Employment type and salary details are typically competitive within the industry, reflecting the importance and responsibilities of the Dealer Marketing Manager role. The company values diversity and inclusion, as indicated by their Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) status, and encourages candidates from all backgrounds to apply. The position offers a chance to work with a vibrant team committed to delivering exceptional marketing events and programs that drive meaningful business results and foster long-lasting dealer relationships.
