The role of VIP Services Manager is a pivotal position within the casino, responsible for managing, supervising, and monitoring all aspects of the VIP and hotel front desk services. Job Requirements
- Must have a valid Colorado Support Gaming License
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be flexible and able to work varying hours
- Must stand or sit for 8-10 hours per shift
- Must have neat appearance
- Must have computer and math skills
- Must have supervisory skills
- Willingness to assume departmental responsibility
- Physical ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work at a computer station for 8-12 hours per shift
- Ability to perform physical activities such as walking, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, stretching, reaching, and pushing
- Must possess understanding of compliance with Colorado Limited Gaming Act
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Supervisory experience
- Knowledge of VIP Services and Hotel operations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Strong computer skills including MS Office
- Proficient math skills
- Demonstrated hospitality or customer service experience
- Experience in gaming environment preferred
- Ability to handle high traffic volume and develop positive guest relations
- Knowledge of security policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Perform responsibilities in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act
- Notify KOD of minors and persons perceived to be intoxicated
- Lead by example by greeting and directing guests in a courteous manner
- Cooperate with Director of Marketing and Assistant GM regarding VIP Services
- Promote and support all casino functions
- Build, mentor and support a strong and efficient team
- Provide updates to Marketing Director and Assistant GM
- Attend marketing and promotional meetings
- Communicate accurate information to club members about membership rules and current promotions
- Communicate information about casino operations such as transportation, food and beverage, games and hours of operation
- Monitor and comp meals and hotel rooms to VIP members who reach comp status
- Audit gaming and non-gaming comps and cash point adjustments
- Oversee hotel departure list and review for comp status
- Verify payroll
- Perform special projects as needed and directed
