The open position is for a VIP Services Manager who will oversee the daily operations of VIP Guest Services within the casino and hotel. Beyond daily operational tasks, the VIP Services Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act and applicable internal control and management policies (ICMPs). This includes taking proactive measures to identify and notify management if minors or intoxicated persons attempt to access casino games, thereby upholding regulatory standards and the integrity of the casino environment. Leadership responsibilities include setting an exemplary standard by greeting and directing guests courteously, fostering a strong team culture in cooperation with the Director of Marketing and Assistant General Manager, and supporting the overall functions within the casino. This role demands active communication with casino management, marketing staff, and VIP members to provide accurate information about membership rules, promotional activities, and casino operations such as transportation, dining options, gaming hours, and entertainment offerings.
In addition, the VIP Services Manager is tasked with financial oversight duties, including auditing comps for meals and hotel rooms for VIP members, verifying payroll accuracy, and reviewing hotel departure lists for comp statuses. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have a valid Colorado State Gaming License
- Demonstrated hospitality or customer service experience
- Experience in a gaming environment preferred
- Ability to stand or sit 8-10 hours per shift

Job Qualifications
