Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property maintenance or similar role preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and outdoor work
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Ability to follow safety protocols and report hazards
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property maintenance or porter role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of groundskeeping and light landscaping
- Ability to safely perform snow removal and salting tasks
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms, clubhouse, and restrooms
- Collect and remove trash from designated areas and maintain dumpster enclosures
- Perform routine groundskeeping duties such as litter pickup, leaf removal, and light landscaping
- Assist with unit turns by cleaning vacant apartments as needed
- Monitor the property for safety hazards and report issues to management
- Perform snow approval/management and salting services
- Assist the maintenance team with miscellaneous tasks as assigned
