Job Requirements
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Possess a current TAPS Card
- Hold a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
- Have previous serving or bartending experience
- Be able to stand for long periods with minimal breaks
- Be able to work in noisy, fast-paced environments
- Be able to lift and carry 30+ lbs
- Have good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
- Be able to bend, reach, stoop, and move quickly
- Be self-motivated and time-efficient
- Have basic knowledge of alcoholic beverage terminology

- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, move quickly, and wipe frequently
- Ability to work in close proximity to coworkers in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivation and the ability to manage time and accomplish tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Job Duties
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol beverage control policies
- Extensive knowledge of the food, drink, and specials menus
- Accurately take, ring in, and serve orders to the customers' specifications
- Able to use the POS systems with efficiency
- Monitor guests throughout their visit, ensuring their satisfaction with products and services
- Conduct all monetary transactions with attention to detail
- Handle, store, date, and rotate all products properly
- Promptly report equipment and food quality issues to a manager
- Communicate clearly and professionally with all persons in the restaurant
- Complete all opening, closing, and side duties
- Work as a team with your fellow co-workers and treat each other with kindness and respect
