- must be at least 16 years old
- able to work flexible hours including weekends and late shifts
- basic math and cash handling skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- high school education or equivalent is preferred but not required
- must be able to follow safety and hygiene standards
- willingness to learn and take on various tasks

Job Duties
- work in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask
- connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals (take orders and handle payments)
- prepare all of McDonald's world-famous food (cook food and assemble orders)
- partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- keep the restaurant looking phenomenal
