Job Requirements
- must be 16 years old or older
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable transportation or means to commute to work
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- adherence to company dress code and uniform policies
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a team environment
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- willingness to learn and follow food safety guidelines
- customer service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- work in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask
- connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals (take orders and handle payments)
- prepare all of McDonald's world-famous food (cook food and assemble orders)
- partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
