Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical duties related to the job
Job Qualifications
- Positive attitude and passion for customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work well within a team
- Experience in fast-paced customer service settings is a plus but not required
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Work in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals by taking orders and handling payments
- Prepare all of McDonald's world-famous food by cooking food and assembling orders
- Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Keep the restaurant looking clean and well-maintained
