The role of Day Warehouse Supervisor (Mid Shift) at Southern Glazer's is a dynamic leadership position located within a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience or a combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), Microsoft Excel, and ideally slotting or AI-driven optimization tools
  • Knowledge of warehouse layouts, picking methodologies, and replenishment processes
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management capabilities required

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise frontline replenishment personnel to ensure all functions are completed accurately and on time
  • Ensure team members follow all organizational, operational, inventory control, safety, and service policies and procedures
  • Coach, train, and develop associates to support strong individual and team performance
  • Establish productivity expectations, track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement
  • Identify opportunities for associate development and operational enhancement
  • Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with all safety standards
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support warehouse operations
  • Analyze inventory flow, demand, and forecasting data to determine optimal SKU placement
  • Improve ergonomics and safety by positioning high-frequency and heavy items at accessible levels
