Day Porter/General Cleaner

As a day porter/general cleaner at 4M Building Solutions, you will be joining a frontline team that plays an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and welcoming environment of multiple facilities. This part-time role involves working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM, covering two sites. The position reports directly to the Account Supervisor or Account Manager and offers a competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour.

The role is perfect for individuals who are reliable, courteous, resourceful, and eager to uphold 4M's state-of-the-art cleaning standards using green-sealed certified supplies and equipment. You will receive thorough training in 4M's cleaning and disinfecting practices to effectively wipe down various surfaces, including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, and furniture. Your responsibilities will also include trash removal, restocking essential supplies such as towels and soaps, and performing floor maintenance tasks like sweeping, wet mopping, and vacuuming.

Beyond routine cleaning duties, you will act as an extra set of eyes within the facility, reporting any necessary repairs, replacements, leaks, or drips to ensure the environment remains safe and operational. This proactive approach contributes significantly to the smooth and efficient running of the facilities you support.
