Job Requirements
- Must complete pre-employment background check
- must complete pre-employment drug screen if applicable
- must provide proof of work authorization and complete I9 and E-Verify process
- physically able to be on feet during entire shift
- able to lift 35 lbs and carry 12 lbs backpack vacuum as needed
- open availability including potential overtime, holiday, and schedule adjustments
- willing to perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in English is highly recommended
- experience in janitorial or cleaning services preferred but not mandatory
- ability to work effectively individually and as part of a team
- good communication skills
- attention to detail
- physical stamina to perform essential job functions
Job Duties
- Cleaning offices, lobbies, and common areas
- cleaning and restocking restrooms
- empty trash cans around the property and replace trash bags
- cleaning corridors and stairwells
- removing trash, cleaning floors, dusting/wiping down all surfaces
- vacuuming, sweeping and mopping
- operating walk-behind floor cleaning machines if applicable
