The open position is for a Janitor/Cleaner working Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, offering a competitive hourly wage of $18.00. This role is crucial to ensuring that office buildings and commercial spaces remain inviting, hygienic, and well-maintained. The janitor is responsible for a wide range of cleaning and upkeep tasks that contribute to the appearance and safety of the worksite. Duties include cleaning offices, lobbies, common areas, restrooms, corridors, and stairwells, as well as emptying trash receptacles, restocking supplies, operating floor cleaning equipment, and maintaining janitorial tools and closets. This position requires an individual who is physically capable and attentive to detail, able to perform repetitive tasks with efficiency and care.

Moreover, proficiency in English is highly recommended to enhance communication with colleagues and supervisors, thereby ensuring smooth coordination of tasks and adherence to safety protocols.
