CSI International Inc. is currently seeking a dependable and energetic Day Porter to join their team. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall condition of various facilities, ensuring that every building under their care presents a polished and professional appearance. The Day Porter will be responsible for a variety of cleaning tasks including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, cleaning and restocking restrooms, emptying trash and recycling bins, removing debris and snow from sidewalks, and handling spill clean-ups with the right equipment. Additionally, the role involves minor repairs on facilities or equipment when necessary, assisting with event or meeting setup, and ensuring security tasks like locking doors after hours are performed. The position requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as the flexibility to work with a contract cleaning service when necessary.

The ideal candidate for the Day Porter role should possess some prior cleaning experience and a basic understanding of cleaning products and equipment. Time management skills and the ability to work efficiently without direct supervision are essential, as is the capacity to work safely with cleaning supplies. The work schedule for this role is Monday through Sunday, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, providing a consistent early morning shift in a supportive and inclusive workplace.
