The role of a Day Porter at TFG HI is pivotal to the company’s operations and client engagement. As a Day Porter, you will be working directly in client environments, servicing various sites throughout the island. As a Day Porter, you will be entrusted with maintaining the cleanliness and order of office suites, restrooms, indoor and outdoor common areas, and other spaces as assigned by clients. The role requires proficiency in using appropriate cleaning products and techniques, a dedication to service excellence, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworker teams. Additionally, you will need to be flexible with scheduling and open to learning company-specific processes to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work up to 40+ hours per week
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
- Basic English proficiency
- Willingness to learn and follow company cleaning procedures
- Successful completion of criminal background check
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in janitorial or housekeeping is highly preferred but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Strong communication skills with basic English proficiency
- Self-starter with good time management and prioritization
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and perform physical tasks repeatedly
