Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work up to 40+ hours per week
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
- Basic English proficiency
- Willingness to learn and follow company cleaning procedures
- Successful completion of criminal background check
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in janitorial or housekeeping is highly preferred but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Strong communication skills with basic English proficiency
- Self-starter with good time management and prioritization
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and perform physical tasks repeatedly
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of office suites, restrooms, indoor and outdoor common areas
- Use appropriate cleaning products and methods effectively
- Ensure reliability and efficiency in task completion
- Demonstrate professionalism, high integrity, and self-discipline
- Communicate effectively with clients and coworkers
- Follow specific TFG HI cleaning and operational processes
- Flexibly work up to 40+ hours per week as needed
