Job Requirements

- Day porter/janitor/custodian experience preferred

- Meet the physical requirements including walking, climbing stairs, pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
Job Duties
- Pick up trash as needed and empty trash receptacles
- Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning cobwebs, wiping down surfaces, restroom cleaning
- Clean exterior surfaces of windows, windowsills, and doors
- Remove and/or clean up any debris or soil such as stickers, chewing gum, coffee spills, graffiti
- Continuously walk the property to inspect all public areas for cleanliness
- Notify the supervisor in case there is a need for repairs
- Required to always wear the appropriate safety equipment for the task, including gloves, goggles, safety vest
