Job Requirements
- strong communicator in English or Spanish, both written and verbal
- familiar with using a mobile device such as a cell phone or tablet regularly for time keeping and document review
- enjoys providing friendly customer service
- reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- comfortable working independently
- physically active and enjoy being on your feet outdoors
- experienced in janitorial, custodial, or porter work preferred but not required
- able to stand on feet throughout the shift
- capable of bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling
- able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- able to walk up stairs and in large properties regularly

Job Duties
- keep the property clean and presentable throughout the day
- pick up trash and empty receptacles
- sweep, mop, dust, and wipe down surfaces
- clean restrooms and high-traffic areas
- clean exterior doors, windows, and windowsills
- remove debris like stickers, gum, spills, and graffiti
- walk the property regularly to inspect cleanliness
- report maintenance or repair needs to your supervisor
- always use required safety equipment
