Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in janitorial, custodial, or porter role preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push and pull regularly
- Comfortable walking on large properties and stairs
- Strong communication skills in English or Spanish
- Basic proficiency with mobile devices
- Willingness to undergo background check, drug screening, and physical endurance test
Job Qualifications
- Strong communicator in English or Spanish both written and verbal
- Familiar with using a mobile device such as a cell phone or tablet regularly for time keeping and document review
- Enjoys providing friendly customer service
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently
- Physically active and enjoys being on feet outdoors
- Experience in janitorial, custodial, or porter work preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Keep the property clean and presentable throughout the day
- Pick up trash and empty receptacles
- Sweep, mop, dust, and wipe down surfaces
- Clean restrooms and high-traffic areas
- Clean exterior doors, windows, and windowsills
- Remove debris like stickers, gum, spills, and graffiti
- Walk the property regularly to inspect cleanliness
- Report maintenance or repair needs to your supervisor
- Always use required safety equipment
