Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 1+ year of office or industrial space cleaning experience warehouse experience and/or customer service experience
- Requires being onsite fully in Hawthorne CA remote work not considered
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to carry large heavy items unassisted up to 30 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time up to 8-10 hours a day
- Willingness to work all shifts and available for overtime and weekends as needed
- Frequent bending stooping and lifting of objects
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- Janitorial experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work well with others and be self-driven
Job Duties
- General cleaning including sweeping mopping dusting vacuuming and trash removal
- Restroom cleaning and sanitization including maintaining cleanliness replenishing supplies and ensuring hygiene standards are met
- High-touch area sanitization focused on areas like doorknobs light switches and other surfaces frequently touched by multiple people
- Specialized cleaning which may include carpet cleaning floor care stripping waxing polishing window washing or cleaning other surfaces like walls and ceilings
- Equipment operation using equipment like floor buffers vacuum cleaners and carpet cleaners
- Waste management removing trash and recycling from designated areas
