Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- ability to pass background check motor vehicle record check and drug screening
- willingness to assist outside standard job duties when needed
- ability to work a 9-hour shift with a 1-hour lunch between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
- availability for occasional evenings weekends or urgent requests
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- physically able to lift move and set up furniture and equipment
- fluent in English
- strong customer service and communication skills
- previous janitorial facilities or operations experience preferred

Job Duties
- Clean and maintain interior and exterior areas of the campus including restrooms kitchens breakrooms offices and common areas
- sanitize high-touch surfaces and respond to spills or messes as they occur
- stock restrooms and breakrooms with necessary supplies
- conduct routine inspections and report cleanliness or maintenance issues
- support event setup and breakdown including furniture signage and cleanup
- assist with facilities engineering and property-related projects
- complete general labor tasks and miscellaneous duties as assigned
- manage work orders and employee requests through a digital task system
- coordinate with on-site vendors during service visits
- provide flexible support for urgent requests or same-day needs
