Job Requirements
- Flexibility to work up to 40+ hours per week

- Willingness to work specified hours Monday to Saturday
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience is highly preferred but not required
- Ability to follow specific directions and work efficiently
- Basic English proficiency with clear communication skills
- Strong prioritization and time management abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Ability to lift 25 pounds comfortably
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, reach, stoop, stretch, bend, sweep, wipe, mop, and vacuum for extended periods
- Willingness to work nights and weekends if needed
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of office suites, restrooms, and outdoor and indoor common areas
- Use appropriate cleaning products and methods effectively
- Work up to 40+ hours per week maintaining client properties
- Demonstrate professionalism, high integrity, and a commitment to service excellence
- Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Learn and adopt specific TFG HI cleaning processes
- Represent the company positively to clients
