This position supports general labor services primarily involving litter collection and cleaning. The role requires operating a pick-up truck to travel on a scheduled route and perform assigned tasks efficiently within time constraints. Responsibilities extend to maintaining cleanliness along highways, retail properties, and other assigned areas. The workday runs from Monday through Friday with a day shift schedule, including Saturdays as needed, based out of Newark, Delaware. The ideal candidate should possess a valid driver’s license, be comfortable working outdoors, and capable of handling moderate lifting. Safety and compliance are of utmost importance, requiring candidates to maintain a drug-free status and report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly. Attention to detail in completing logs and paperwork accurately is also essential for success in this role.

Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experience closely related to the field of work
- Experience working outdoors
- Ability to follow directions and read maps
- Must maintain valid driver's license/good driving record
- Must pass and maintain drug-free status: employment and random drug tests
- Ability to operate a pick-up truck safely
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. occasionally
- Moderate lifting - no greater than 40 lbs.
- moderate reaching, pushing, pulling, gripping, and grasping
- no fine manipulation or fine manual dexterity required
- Ability to stand for a full shift in addition to walking, climbing stairs and bending, as required
Job Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License

- Ability to stand for a full shift and perform physical activities such as walking, climbing stairs, and bending as required
Job Duties
- Operate a pick-up truck to drive to different stops on a scheduled route
- Complete assigned job(s) in the time allotted
- Immediately report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns and accurately complete required logs and paperwork
- Perform labor duties as required by team lead
- Perform litter pick-up along highways
- Perform cleaning and labor tasks to maintain various retail properties
- Use a leaf blower to blow off sidewalks, change trash bags, and inspect property for issues
