Job Requirements

Must be able to demonstrate commercial cleaning skills
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Must have a clean background and be able to pass a background check

Job Qualifications

Demonstrated commercial cleaning skills
Ability to operate cleaning equipment effectively
Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
Strong work ethic and reliability
Good communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Previous experience in a similar cleaning role preferred

Job Duties

Perform general cleaning including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
Clean glass surfaces, floors, hallways, stairwells, rooms, offices, and public spaces
Maintain cleanliness and safety of all designated areas
Handle cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly
Report any maintenance or safety issues to management
Lift and move objects up to 50 pounds as needed
Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm
