Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to work Monday through Friday from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm
- willingness to undergo training
- ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning
- reliable transportation or access to public transit
Job Qualifications
- previous janitorial experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- experience working around underserved populations such as houseless, mental health, addiction, and LGBTQIA+ a plus
- ability to work full-time day shift
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- cleaning and stocking restrooms and showers
- sweeping and mopping floors
- emptying trash
- general cleaning of common areas including disinfecting tables and chairs, kitchenettes, surfaces
- picking up trash around the perimeter of the building
- cleaning an outdoor courtyard
