The current opening at Pegasus is for a Commercial Cleaner, a vital role responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of office buildings and other commercial properties. This is a full-time position with a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, offering a competitive hourly wage of $22.00. The role involves a range of duties centered around cleaning and sanitizing various areas and items within the building to ensure a healthy, pleasant, and professional environment.

The Commercial Cleaner will be responsible for washing and sanitizing cookware such as pots and pans, if applicable, as well as operating dishwashers and cleaning them after use. The role extends beyond just kitchen areas to include cleaning offices, lobbies, common areas, corridors, and stairwells. Restrooms require regular cleaning and restocking, contributing to the overall hygiene and maintenance of the facility. Trash removal is a key aspect of the job, which involves emptying trash cans throughout the property and replacing trash bags.

Attention to detail is important in this role, as it requires dusting and wiping down all surfaces, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and operating walk-behind floor cleaning machines when necessary. Additional cleaning duties include polishing furniture, windows, doors, frames, ashtrays, and fixtures. Maintaining the janitor closet and equipment in a clean, safe, and operational state is also part of the responsibilities.
