Job Requirements
- Must complete pre-employment background check
- Must complete pre-employment drug screen if applicable
- Applicants must provide proof of work authorization and complete an I9 and E-Verify process
- Physically able to be on feet during entire shift
- Ability to lift 35 lbs and carry 12 lbs backpack vacuum
- Open availability including overtime, holiday work

Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize all pots, pans, or other cookware
- Empty and clean dishwashers if applicable
- Cleaning offices, lobbies, and common areas
- Cleaning and restocking restrooms
- Empty trash cans around the property and replace trash bags
- Cleaning corridors and stairwells
- Removing trash, cleaning floors, dusting/wiping down all surfaces
- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping
- Operating walk-behind floor cleaning machines if applicable
- Cleans and polishes furniture, windows, doors, frames, ashtrays, and fixtures
- Restocking supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Maintain janitor closet and janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition
- Periodically cleans overhead vents and dust blinds
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned
